Hi our front door unlocks but it seems to catch when we open it, on closer inspection it looks like the 2 hooks on the multi point locking mechanism aren't fully retracting, like they do on the patio door which is also upvc. I've lubricated the rail but it doesn't seem to have helped much, if I pull the handle down aggressively the hooks do seem to go all the way back into the door and it opens without catching on the frame. Is there a way to make sure that this happens everytime without having to put excessive force on the door handle? Thanks
