Hi all, have a UPVC emergency door at our club and want to make it into a keypad entry would we have to change the door?

It all depends on the door and the locking gear that is fitted to it.

But it may not be compatible with your door/locking system.
You say its an emergency door. If it has a push bar/button fire exit locking system things could get very complicated.
You may be best off taking some photos of the inside and outside of the door and talking to some local locksmiths.
