Urgent Help Needed. Worcester 28 CDI stopped working!

A very simple test will identify a faulty flue.

It is pretty unusual for a Worcester staff engineer not to be spot on though based on what I hear.

to change all those parts then say its a flue problem :ROFLMAO: . was this a worcester manufacturer engineer or an approved worcester installer engineer ????

Have seen so called manufactures technicians change all the parts (robot fashion) as already listed and the fault to be external to the appliance.

They probably followed the fault finding flow chart, few of these cater for two simultaneous faults such as failed fan AND the PCB damaged by the failed fan.

Sorry mate still doesn't add up

If the boiler worked afterwards then great but why change all them parts without prior inspection and testing for external faults first.

Not having a go at manufactures technicians.

Flue sited in location which is prone to positive pressure from occasional outside weather conditions. I.e: wind blowing directly down flue?
