Vailant turbomax Replacing diverter valve

Hi I am replacing the diverter valve on my turbomax boiler but have a slight probelm I have disconnected the small copper pipe that attaches to the left hand side ok but the slightly large one below I have removed the pin clip but won't come out what am I doing wrong. ? And help please

hi,to be honest the tradesmen here really need much more info,like boiler exact details or a gc number of boiler to give advice.

failing that a photo of the part in question with an arrow pointing to the area of problem (use a long pencil to point to area of problem if you cannot do an arrow)

the guys here need as much info as possible to give advice.

it sounds easily fixable.
