Vaillant boiler ecoTEC plus 937 problem...

Hi,

Got home from christmas to find the house like ice!

I turned it off before I went away as I was worried about the F22 error that had suddenly appeared. Now it says there is low water level (0.3 bar) & that I need to turn the safety switch off.

can someone help!? it's freezing, would love a hot shower.

You need to get some more pressure into the boiler system by topping it up using the two grey valves under the boiler. Open one then the other to raise the pressure on the gauge to about 1.5. Make sure both valves are shut off fully after doing this otherwise you will get no hot water!
