Vaillant Boiler Help

Hi, my Vaillant combi boiler sometimes (not always) doesn't fire up and produce hot water but, if I turn it off and on again it works. do I need a part or new boiler please ?

Not sure what "really?" means, but I've just had a look at the paperwork and it say's turboMAX plus and thermoCOMPACT, Hope this help's, Thanks
