Vaillant boiler problem

My boiler goes from Celsius to Fahrenheit temperature measuring and I have to swith it off and on to go back to C
Also rads temperature - ground floor very good
first floor - not very good
second floor - veeery bed
Please advice mi on the possible reason for this
