i keep losing pressure on my combi boiler especially after the heating system has been on all rasiators get hot and cant find any water leak on the system

You'll find lots of threads dealing with this - do a search. The problem is usually a failed or depressurised expansion vessel. If it needs replacing the easiest way to do this on a Vaillant is to fit a new generic one outside of boiler (connected to return pipe) and leave the existing one in place.
