Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help please. I have the above boiler which seems to think its a combi boiler. The controls are giving separate symbols for hot water and heating with there own temp settings. Is the PCB shared with another model? Is there a way out of it? It's flashing up a PCB fault code (F13) but I suspect there isnt a real fault.

Thanks

Why have you posted 'thinks it's a combi?'

F13 is the main pcb fault. Check all connections, if ok new main board needed.

The HW stat on the boiler should always be turned off, fully anti-clockwise.

Hi Dave
the reason I said " thinks its a combi" is because the LCD display shows symbols and settings i'd probably expect to see on combi. Apologies if this sounds confusing.

The display is generic, but water symbols should not normally be seen.

The first setting shows "0.0 bar 32C". Then it flashes 13F telephone symbol. I press the centre button and I get "eco 38C" with a tap symbol then a further press gives the rad symbol with 22C. I can alter the temps within these displays.

Hi Tony
not a lot! If I turn it off then on again. I get a F13 error. Then it displays a menu as the above post. I only turned off the mains supply briefly to do some other work then this happened. Frustrating! I'm sure it's in some diag mode or something. Is there a way to default the settings?
