Vaillant Ecotec Plus 831 pump replacent

Firstly hello, just joined forums.
Have got a Grundfos 15-60 pump to replace vaillant pump (bearings very noisy) but wiring is different, two extra wires to Vaillant, can this pump be used or do I have to use Vaillant.

You are meant to use the correct manufacturer's part!

Why told you to just go and buy a Grundfoss pump?

read on plumbing forums that Vaillant pumps are crap and to use Grundfos for this boiler, can return it if no good

well if you get the correct replacement it is a grundfos

ok, but read that original pumps failed often (bearings) and that could use Grundfos 15-60 for 831, obviously not correct info. Can I just buy replacement head

comes as a complete pump. no head replacement available.
