Hi Everyone
I have fit a VRT 230 programmable thermostat in a customers flat where the heating is from a Turbomax 24e.

Before I fit the thermostat in the flat, the heating was controlled by a time clock on the boiler itself. The new thermostat seemed to be working ok, but now the customer has no heating and no hot water. I'm hoping its just a cse of programming the VRT unit correctly - the customer wabnted to do it her self first. However, as ther was already a timeclock on the boiler, does that create any kind of conflict with the new unit? Should the old time clock on the front of the boiler be disconnected somehow in order to allow the new unit to have control. I follwed the instructions suing the three connections only.

Any advise gratefully accepted.

Thanks all

KC
