Hi there
I checked the pressure on my boiler the other day and it was less than zero, yet appeared to be working correctly.
We added additional water to the system to the 1.2 mark, and bled the radiators as the manual suggested. Yet, since the heating has been turned on, the pressure went to over 2 and water was pouring out at the top of the boiler system. It seemed as though 2 x 'O' rings were poorly, so we replaced those too.
Now the boiler doesn't make the horrid clanging noises that it used to, and no further water is appearing, but still the pressure rises very high....over 3 at one point.
We have bled the radiators to remove some of the pressure, but the pressure still seems very erractic.
Would anyone know what is the best thing to do, I am very worried that something else has gone wrong on it?
Many thanks for your help.
