Vaillant VRC400 and VRT230 for 2 zone CH system

Anybody had success using a VRC400 and a VRT230 on the same heating system?

I have two separate heating zones (one upstairs/one downstairs) plus the DHW.

I am thinking that the VRC400 can control the downstairs Heating and DHW, with the VRT230 controlling the upstairs heating but not sure if they will play nicely one being this EBus stuff and the other regular 230v.

Vaillant dont seem to make a programmable room stat with ebus on its own. The closest is the 360 but that controls the DHW too. Not sure if using VRC400 + VRT360 together using ebus is possible.

VRC 400 is programmable stat.

Never used it in combination with another controller.

Vaillant system does not allow multiple zones with their controllers, you need to fit independent makes and wires as normal S plan.
