Ventilation requirements ?

Well , not so much ventilation , more where to put it.

Tomorrow i want to put the vent pipe in for our tumble drier , and i'm just wondering whats in the regs that might say it needs to be x amount from the outside floor height.

To be honest the sensible lower down in the wall it goes the happier i'll be but i guess theres a minimum height from the floor it might need to be and i'd be a bit peeved if i drill a 100 mm hole through the wall and then find the building inspector has me for being 50mm to low

Not aware of any spec for height requirements but I would say as long as it is above the DPC then it should be ok.
