Hi can anyone advise how to diagnose the fault on my alarm. After testing the panic scenario by pressing 3 and 9 together I noticed that the alarm external Bell only sounds for about 3 seconds whilst internal sounder sounds until the panel is reset.

Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated

probably some muppet left the test jumper on in bell box, set system and set off alarm to confirm this.
