Hi All,
My front elevation is a stone faced ground floor, with a white render above. If I wanted to clad the front upper elevation with vertical timber (and go 1m round the corner onto the side elevations), would this be a planning issue. The local street view is a mish mash, so a don't think there will be an, 'in keeping' problem.
Also, the render, whilst by no mean falling off, is not in great shape, so a job needs doing one way or the other, and I'd rather not do both!
It's a timber frame house with cavity and block/stone work.
Cheers
