very big wood screw/ drill wanted

Well Im after something like this

The screw bit is about 4"-6" long
its a log splitting screw for splitting logs in half
Im not bothered about the threaded bit on the bottom that you screw the drill bit into as Im welding it to something ells
They are being sold for about 100 quid on ebay and I just dont think they are worth anything like that
can any one think of something ells that this kind of screw or drill bit would be used on that I can buy for a lot less then 100 quid

The item in the pic you posted is actually just the replacment tip off the end. £100 is a good price for a screw cone!
