If you make a claim, you need evidence. Saying we are lied to, does not constitute evidence.

We are not seeing the Earth's population spiralling out of control. In fact, it is set to level out to about 12bn (give or take a few billion). Why?

As countries develop, their birth rate drops. Urbanisation increases, and access to contraceptives increases (to cut a long story short).

A good example is Bangladesh, where the birth rate plummeted, and people are happy having less children.

Much of the remaining growth will be in Africa and it will probably increase to 4bn.

Easier to believe the convincing suits than question your own judgement and their lack of concern. Carry on regardless, that's the spirit. There's literally hundreds of scientist that say the exact opposite and have some wisdom but it's far easier to bury one's head in the sand and ignore it or shout 'prove it' when it's not exactly straight forward. There are an estimated 9 - 15 million scientist in the world, a lot of them are professors and about 79% or thereabouts of them say that man is the main cause of global warming and is using up an unsustainable amount of fossil fuels which along with other factors are having an unparalleled negative affect on the planet, never seen before. Another couple of billion people forecast in the next 50 odd years isn't exactly going to help matters. Oh wait it is, how silly of me.

As the noose tightens, people from the lets say the Sahara regions, will be looking to escape their misery. Guess where they will be heading? Sorry if any of this is unpalatable for you but you need to remove your head out of your ass.
