Vibrating Wilo pump

This is a very noisy and vibrating Wilo RS25 that came pre-installed on a sealed Evocyl 210L. I have used the bleed screw and water comes out. The whole system is 12 months old. Water pressure is 1.3 bar. The gear ratio is set to 2 (out of 3).

Have you asked the installer .

That is possible but I'm impatient. The installation came with the house. Waiting for a house builder to authorise the installer to talk with me takes longer than forum replies - that's why I ask you!

Are you suggesting the pump is knackered? If that is the case, what brand should I ask the installer to replace it with?
