VIDEO: Can anyone identify this boiler behaviour?

I recently removed a radiator and capped off the pipework. When I refilled the system, the combiboiler (Promax) seems to have air in it and makes a "clunking" noise when supplying hot water.

VIDEO HERE:

Both hot water and central heating work fine, although the hot feed no longer consistently supplies hot water (it fluctuates a little when in the shower).

I have bled all the radiators, although not sure how successfully!

Any ideas what could cause this / what the remedy might be?

Its either air or the pumps siezed (i'd say pump). Take cover off and bleed the pump (take big screw out of centre of pump, use a terminal driver to check pumps spinning).

Thanks @gigz - do you mean drain the heat exchanger?

Thanks @gigz can you post the link to this manual? I can't find it from searching.
