I have tried it can't seem to get it to work my daughter seems to think i need to join youtube is she right.

I have 'joined', Generally without logging in can view most stuff.

If the video runs for you at Youtube.. you should be ok.
To the right of the vid window, beneath a button marked 'Subscribe' you will see '...More' or '...Less', if the URL is not shown click on '...More'.
Select all of that address, copy it, then paste it in the Notters editor :-
