Vinyl sheet on wet underfloor heating?

can there be any problems?

My mum wants to have a vinyl sheet, but she keeps listening to randon people tell her things such as the sheet will stick to the floor, or will melt... can you guys please confirm that her friends are nutters.

I've done my research and the only thing I can see is that I should be aware of the tog rating as it can limit the amount of heat getting through

The vinyl will be fine, would be advisable to aclimatise it first and it may be necersary to have it re-cut in if it does expand a little, but it should settle and be absolutely fine.
