virus help

hi i have rebooted my pc in last two wks and have got avast and malwarebites on my pc and it was running really fast. now its running like a pile of crap again is it poss i could have a virus in it that they are not picking up?

Have you updated the virus/malware definitions of Avast and Malwarebites ? If you haven't I'd suggest updating then running a full scan with both.

yeah ive already dun both and sometimes its not letting me get on internet at all any clues?
