I am about to spend many thousands of pounds (8) on a new Vitodens 200 install to replce a very old Ideal Mexico 2 with a cylinder in the airing cupboard

Its in a house which has 15 cast iron radiators and two bathrooms (although they wont be used at once)

I am going for a 35KW boiler and the heavy lifting is cutting away old barrell pipework which is very old. I wont be replacing the barrel pipework but will be cutting into it to make a flow and return and reuse the pipework.

Is the Vitodens 200 combi really the absolute best combi boiler and is there a danger that old pipework under floorboards will pop when put under 2 bar pressure which the boiler will be using?! Thank you so much in advance for your help
