Vokera 12/48 r.s.e. Mynute problem

Hi. I posted yesterday but didnt have all info available.

Vokera 12/48 RSE Mynute Boiler. Runs fine till thermostat kisk in. Then wont start. Fan keeps running untill it is manually reset. I now suspect buildup in the heat exchanger. Anyone any Ideas?
Also, wher's the best place to but parts?

Thermostat on the boiler or on the wall.

If on the wall, I would be looking for 3 core earth cable for mains dial type stat.

If boiler stat is the culprit, it might be better to meter the circuit and see why the sequence is arrested.
