VOKERA Combi no DHW when CH off

My Vokera Combi Boiler no longer produces demand hot water when the central heating is off, however, it will produce DHW when the CH is on, but to get this water hot the tap must be throttled down low.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if there is a diaphram in the diverter valve its streched or split

Yes, just found it! There is a three port diverter valve referred to. Is this the one?

P.S. Model is Vokera Excell 80 SP.

Have just found the remains of a diverter valve gasket set with some useful looking bits in. Seems this has happened previously.

Is this a simple enough job for the DIYer
