Why is it on some vokera combis changing the dhw diaphragm is straight forward simply because its split,yet on others its because it seems to have overheated and melted inside the housing causing it to stretch and mis shape
Probably depends on whether the boiler gets used mainly for HW or for CH with no HW draw-off for long periods. In the second case, the whole DV body will run very hot and probably kill the diaphragm more quickly and more thoroughly. If it's used for HW only, diaphragm will never get really hot.
I've had the same problem with diaphragms on Vokera's as well as some other combi's. A friend of mine recons its due to hot wat getting back to the diaphragm. Must be a design fault
