Is it an easy job to install the digital timer onto my new Vokera Unica HE 28 combi. I believe a 2 channel unit will do the job.
I'm still waiting for the plumber to come and fit one....
I sucessfully fitted one to my old vokera and never regretted it.
The one that comes free is worse than useless.
An electrician friend is offering to do the job.

Thanks for any advice and information!

you only need a single channel for a combi. your sparky mate should breeze it.

if you have already fitted an internal clock to a vokera then do it again, it won't take any longer that 15 mins,

I have bought a digital timer from a reputable supplier, the model is a Horstman Channelplus H17XL...its a single channel timeswitch.
I assume it will do the job
I just need some cable (flex!?) what size should I get...1mm or 1.5m?

mis read original post, thought you wanted to fit another internal clock, if you are fitting an external clock it is slightly trickier but not too bad if you can follow instructions, it needs permanent live to work the clock so you need to go the boiler via the boiler spur with 0.75mm2 heat resistant flex sufficient
