stew as you are in lanarkshire you are well placed to check out vokeras scottish office in shuna street glasgow they will advise on availability or try HRPC on 0141 221 2105

Thanks kirkgas I will try both numbers on Monday.

ps All guys thanks for your support/advice its really appreciated especially for a first timer. Hope I can repay through other forums or advice on this although my technical ability is very limited when it comes to plumb & heat. I can assist with dbox, dreambox, cable etc.

Sometimes the centre part of the end of the fulcrum arm wears on these - the part that pushes on the diverter valve pin.

Try sticking a new 5p piece (just the right size ! ) on the end, ensures full pressure on the pin and return of properly working DHW !

I had one of these fulcrum arms in the lock up somewhere.....may be able to dig it out,but dont hold your breath !

Now if you could tell me how to get sky for free on my dreambox 500......?

It may be obsolete but there should still be a few knocking about somewhere.

My guess is they want to fit a new disc in the end but are unable to get the old one out.
