vokera maxin 24e delayed hot water

my dhw takes about a minute of running water before my boiler ignites
all working ok heating wise and tap water when working thinking i may require a service ??? in south side of glasgow area..

I would suspect the diaphragm is failing.

Maybe daphragm, but before buying new, check the 2 impulse pipes going to the manifold for blockages/restrictions. Easy fix.

cheers guys will have a wee look at these possible problems only a fiver for diaphragm so will order new 1 anyway, replaced last one 2 years ago,seem built to last,,,, thanks for help

sorry i have taken so long getting back with results,,,
you take the biscuits spot on with your diagnostics
i changed diaphragm no change then removed both small pipes
found to be blocked cleaned up and now instant hot water again
many thanks guys ,,now have a spare diaphragm too great site
