vokera syntesi 29e fault 7 problem

hello,iv got a problem with my boiler its a vokera syntesi 29e and is about 3 years old, the panel shows a red led and shows fault 7, iv had a engineer came out and replaced the primary thermistor, but the fault still exists, also the main and dhw heat exchangers have been cleaned out, could some one help me please.

check wiring continuity to thermister.

have not tried that one, how will i go about it?, will i need test between the connection on the control board and the conections at the thermistor?.
also few more facts, just fired up the boiler and ran the hot water, to run a bath and everthing ok boilers saying 55, when finished, the boiler crashes showing fault 07, would be expecting a fault in the wiring continuity to prevent any start up

Does the flame go off IMMEDIATELY the DHW flow stops?

the flame does go out straight away,

My suspicion is that it may stay on after the DHW demand has ceased and cause the boiler to overheat.

But if the flame goes out immediately thats not the cause.

07 doesnt relate to overheat anyway, thats 02 or 05 iirc.

as suggested above check the wiring is ok, if not its the pcb. i would check the new thermistor, ive not had ever had a faulty one out of the packet but its probably not unknown.

If you are not Elliot under a new name then logic dictates that you are another person with another problem!

If thats the case then you should be posting in your own unique thread where you can explain exactly what your problem is!

08 is burner stat lockout.

you need to get an rgi in to check this out really.
