Hi all,
just looking to buy a house..found ona but it has a long vertical crack there extended kitchen joints main house...it would be normal settelment crack if extention would be built later when house...but house was desing like that so it was buolt at the same time in 2000. Ive noticed that foundation cracked little bit as well. The problem is it has a peeble dash so u cant really see inside... everybody just saying you have to brake off some of peeble dash to see thats happaning to the actual wall itself...i can.t do it as house is not mine yet...
Spoke to the guy next door he says they have same issue and a lot of people in the estate.
Is this common? Should i pull my offer? Any advice would be greatlly appriciated.
