I was turning on a 4 way extension when all the upstairs sockets went off I checked and rest the fuse box, half the up stairs sockets work the sockets on the partition wall don't work?? Is there anything wrong with my fuse box (memera 2000) or is this a case for an electrician? Any help or information is much appreciated. thanks

Check EVERYTHING is switched on at the fusebox.
Or possibly a fuse has blown more locally by the partition wall. Have a look to see if there is a switch which has a fuse next to it, or it may just be a fuse holder with no switch. This may have a 13 amp fuse in it that may need replacing.
The fuse holder would likely be located near a socket and would look a little like http://www.screwfix.com/p/mk-13a-dp-sw-fcu/13479
