This is my first post. What an excellent site!
I'm just about to do my bathroom.

Should I tile the walls first, then fit the sink and toilet on the tiles......... or should I fit the sink and toilet first and then tile around the them?

Whats the best way to do it?

Thanks.

Agreed, if you want to make life easier tile first. If you enjoy all of those fiddlye little cuts and curves, sink first.

I'd love a pound for everytime this type of question has been posted, Id be rich. ;)

Agreed with others, if you ever need to change the toilet cistern or bath which comes in difference shape and size, you haven't got to worry about the tiles to match etc.

As for bathroom I always tiles behind it but most people tile to the top of the bath rim, your choice really.
