Want to board a garage roof (not for walking on)

Hi
Recently moved into a new build with a single garage
Want to board the roof to try and retain a little heat in winter so figured either 9mm ply or some 12mm t&g
Don’t think I can insulate above so planned on just attaching to the joists
The appear to be 88x38 roof truss timber but may need to put some more noggins in

Weird thing is the struts change direction halfway down the garage

Garage is approx 2.9m x5.7

I've never.seen a roof setup like this

will the roof support this additional weight ??

How about board and add rockwool insulation above as you go, you can do that looking at it.
I cannot advise on the weight issue.

Never thought of Rockwool insulation so I'll look into that
Thinking of plywood as it's quicker in sections but concerned about any consldensation hence some treated t&g

If you want to retain heat then I’d use proper insulation (rock wool/celotex/fibreglass in polythene) above the joists and then use thin sheet material to offer a smooth ceiling. If the sheet material is painted whit it will help a lot with seeing what you’re doing.
The whole ceiling needs to be semi sealed to stop heat escaping
