warped bath panel

hi guys....how do you straighten a slightly warped bathe panel.?.....i could turn it around so that the warped side is touching the floor , but doesnt look very nice...i cannot get it under the bath rim because its warped and when i do it looks like someones kicked it in ...any ideas.....ta

Is it new? Is it an MDF panel?
Mine warped where it was stood upright for so long but i just layed it out on the floor flat with some weight on overnight and that sorted it

its a new plastic panel that comes standard with bathroom suites....its wavy at the bottom....ive got a timber frame around the bath, but i would need screws every few inches to sort it out.....its very thin and cheap..
