When I turn my washing machine on it starts gushing water from the drawer. I removed the drawer (it was empty). However beneath the drawer is full to the brim with water, I imagine this is where the water drains from the drawer to the drum (the drum itself is also empty).

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

make and model might help ,you have a blocked pipe from the dispenser to the drum if its soap powder carefully tip mc back put boiling water in it to melt it ,is there a possibilty that kids may have shoved a toy or sock down the hole if so u need to strip it down .

Sorry, its a Beko AA Class. Its definitely not the kids (since I don't have any). I have tried tipping boiling water in as suggested. Nothing seems to be happening. Will I have to leave it for a while?
