Washing machine waste pipe coupling?

Hi
Can anyone tell me if there is a specific adapter that will join the drain pipe from a washing machine to the stand pipe please?

I just want to ensure the w.m. drain pipe doesn't come out of the stand pipe under the pressure of the exiting water, which is quite high.

Most washing machines come with a U shaped fitting the waste pipe fits into then goes down into the standpipe. This U shaped fitting can be screwed to the wall therefore preventing the waste pipe from coming out.

Ah yes I remember that. It's not a new machine and that was thrown some time ago. I'll buy another.
