I am replacing the waste from the toilet in my bathroom and the waste pipe goes right underneath my new sink, I wondered - is it possible to connect the waste from the sink to the waste on the toilet ?

is that the one listed as:

"Boss - 90 Degree bend that will accept vented pipe work"

what does it do ?

Cant I just drill a hole in the toilet waste and use a basin pipe connector thing that fits into the hole?

yes the multikwik will do just as long as you make sure you use an anti vac trap to stop water seal loss or you will get smells
