Boilers are vented to outside, gas cookers are not, why is this?
If a gas cooker is not deemed dangerous then why is a boiler?
I understand that Carbon Monoxide is lethal but why cant a boiler vent inside as a cooker can and save that heat being pumped outside as wastage? Is it that a cooker might not be on as long as a boiler? It could be on for a few hours when doing the christmas dinner for instance.

burns five times as much gas (or more)

The oven may burn one-thirtieth as much gas as a boiler

Boiler does not just run for an hour or so a day

those are the ones I can think of, there might be others
