Hi, Did you find out about this, as we have just bought one, and can't get a compression collar on the elbow supplied? When we tried, it just leaked, and it won't take a compression elbow, without the Triton elbow. Brand new shower, £51 and a lot of time wasted, at present. The last shower didn't give us this problem!
