Water dripping from freezer compartment in fridge

Hi. Hoping someone could help please.

Water is dripping from the freezer compartment of my fridge. Its a smeg fab28p3.

It's getting steadily worse and now to the extent that the top fridge shelf has pool of water on it.

please help!

is it a frost-free freezer?

Sorry, I don't know. The freezer is only a small (approx 9 inches high) part at the top of the fridge.

Have gone for turning all off and defrosting.
