Hi Chaps,

I recently had a Glow-worm Ultracom cxi 30 (combi) installed, along with 8 radiators to replaced my warm air central heating & immersion heater hot water.

I noticed after installation that the hot water flow has been reduced (9 litres/min) - cold water flow seems good. Is there a way I can calculate my water pressure?

The reason that I ask is because i'd like to fit a mixer shower. I've been told that they aren't suitable unless the hot water and cold water pressures are the same. Well, I know that the flow rates aren't the same (cold being 3 times more than the hot), but is it possible that the pressures are similar?

Any help is appreciated!

Tom
