I have a balcony which is slabbed block and beam and below is a good sized void. I’m looking to use this as storage space but it leaks. What’s the best way to seal this?
Not sure grp would work well on block & beam, its quite brittle so sny movement between the beams will prob crack it. Where's it leaking- all over or just where the balcony joins the wall? Do you use the balcony? (as in walk on it, store stuff on it)

OK. If it was mine (and you need to check handrail height before you go this road) I'd look at putting a false floor down (t & g osb on slating battens with a bit of fall to avoid ponding) and make that the waterproof layer with 2 laminates of 600gsm, proper flashing to wall, some sort of gutter arrangement to drain it if there isn't a drainhole in the floor already. Sand in the topcoat might work as a non-slip walking surface, check with a supplier.

Probably not, the grp topcoat won't take (as far as i know) tile adhesive. If you want tiles as the finished surface, have a look at wet room tanking kits.
