Hi all,
Looking for advice for a waterfall worktop - where the worktop continues down to the floor.
Planning on having Oak on the kitchen island and on one end having it 'waterfall' down to the floor. There will be no other support on this end apart from the vertical worktop as it's a sort of breakfast bar/island.
I think they look best when the top and vertical piece are both mitred and joined on the corner rather than a butt joint. At the floor I was thinking of pins/dowels to prevent any movement.
Anyone done this before and do you have any recommendations for the best method?
Also, would it be better/possible to radius the corner after it's been mitred & joined?
Many thanks
Paul
