has anyone fitted a wb440 we have a job with it on the building spec. have read mi and understand it but never fitted one, how does it compare to the valliant 937 ecotec plus? cheers.

I fitted one a couple of months ago, fairly straight forward to install, advantage is that they fit under kitchen worktops so can be easier to 'hide' and no pipework on show, they have their own condensate pump also so route for condensate is not a problem. As for flow rate, better than combi for a few minutes then when storage tank empties pressure drops then they are the same as a combi, no longer than that. Not fitted the 937 however looks like the same idea but wall mounted.
did u run 22mm in for the cold and 22 to the first hot draw off?
No didnt bother as the cold coming in was only 15mm, the connections for hot and cold on the boiler are 15mm also

lol lets hope my plumbing is slightly better than my memory
so even on 15mm it peforms ok as long as it has good mains pressure, this job has 2 bathrooms with mira mains fed showers.
