Combi boilers seem to range from £399-almost £2000
We are a small family (2 adults and a toddler)
Our boiler has broken down and has three leaks which we are told will cost as much to fix as a new boiler. We already had it repaired 6 months ago and don't want to be throwing money at it every 6 months.
What do we need to look for, we are going to struggle to pay for it and are planning to move in a couple of years.
Glow Worm seem to be reasonble.......
Worcester seem to be ridiculously expensive?
B&Q have got them for £399 ....but are they crap?
help please as we currently have no heating or hot waer and need to get sorted quick

Wow this question again

If you look at the Plumbing and Heating forum you can read the previous threads about it.

p.s. find yourself a good local installer, preferably by personal recommendation from friends and neighbours, who also offers service and repair. A good one is unlikely to like a cheap boiler you have bought yourself from B&Q, he can supply a model he uses a lot and is happy with. If he does repairs as well as installations he will know what's a good one.
