The inlet on my WC has started weeping where the upward metal elbow/isolator nut meets the plastic spigot from the bottom of the cistern. Tried the leak-stop products around the nut to no avail. Isolating supply stops the dripping, even though there is an amount of water in the bottom of the cistern.
For you expert plumbers out there is this a common issue - is there a seal that typically goes where nut meets plastic threaded spigot.
Any tips/suggestions most appreciated.
