wet looking floor tiles

i have just layed some floor tiles in the bathroom and have noticed that they look as though they are damp in some places,i am not sure whether this is normal because the adhesive has not properly gone off or i have made an error somewhere whilst laying them,they have been down for about 24 hours now but i have used a lot of adhesive.

any help in this matter would be very much appreciated
