Hi All
Don’t know if this is the right place to post.
I have had a wet room installed but I have a pool of water on the floor after a shower.
The installer said this is the norm. But why should it not drain away.
Where the drain is looks fine but outside of this there is a slight valley of about 4 to 5 mm where the water will not drain away.
Again the installer said all you have to do is mop this up.
He is quite adamant there is nothing wrong with the floor.
If any of my family go into the room after someone has had a shower their feet are wet and this is marking the hall carpet.
Some advice would be very much appreciated.
The floor is of a vinyl material.
Thanks
Osca
